Nightly rate, cleaning fee, check-in window, whether dogs are welcome. All of it is yours to change at any time.

A listing is checked before it appears in search. Most are approved the same day.

What does it cost to list?: Nothing to list. Harbourstay takes a commission on completed bookings only, so an empty calendar costs you nothing.
Who decides who stays?: You do. Every request comes to you with the guest's history, and you can decline without giving a reason.
When am I paid?: The night after check-in, to the account on your profile. Cancellations follow the policy you chose when you listed.
What if something is damaged?: Open a dispute from the booking. You and the guest each put your side, and a member of the team decides.
